há quem por ignorância siga o que a televisão quer que saibam, os que se
procuram esclarecer e os que odeiam Eduardo dos Santos e não vão mais além.

STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL - LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
I, the undersigned, Nzuzi Domingos, Secretary General of Angolan Autochthon Resistance for Change (RAAM), duly authorized thereto by the RAAM National Council.
I hereby confirm the appointment of STRATFOR, a global intelligence company, as represented by its Director of Sub Saharian Africa Analysis, Mr. Mark Schroeder, STRATFOR [hereinafter SF] to be the catalyst for RAAM entering into an agreement, during or following an Executive Meeting in Dakar, Republic of Senegal, with the CHEVRON oil company, in terms of which either the rights of CHEVRON oil company in territory of the Republic of Angola will be respected and facilitated her activities in Offshore Oil drilling and in LNG plant operations.
STRATFOR, a global
intelligence company., as represented by Mr. Mark Schroeder, will manage
in their sole discretion all costs to transport, food and beverage,
accommodation, to a maximum of the said USD$20,000.
A further
US$20,000 [twenty thousand] will be released by Workman’s to the nominated
accounts of STRATFOR as a performance fee, within 48 hours after signing the
meeting agreement between Chevron and RAAM.
RAAM hereby confirms further that in the event that an agreement is signed within a period of 3 [three] months after the executive meeting took place, an amount of US$20,000 [twenty thousand] will remain payable to the nominated account of STRATFOR as performance fee.
RAAM hereby confirms that it will be responsible for all of its own executive meeting delegation costs.
RAAM hereby
confirms that this document remains strictly private and the contents thereof
will not be published, exposed or released.
RAAM relies on the
experience and negotiation skills of the STRATFOR team and is
willing for this reason to risk certain funds in achieving a Meeting Agreement.
If STRATFOR however, at any time, would come to the conclusion that an amicable
settlement is not achievable, RAAM expects STRATFOR to be informed of this
reality immediately so as to minimize wasted costs.
